Instructions
STEP 1:
Paint pumpkin with black craft paint.
STEP 2:
Cut a strip of black cardstock and zig-zag fold. Once folded, adhere ends together to create a circle. Adhere to top of pumpkin using silver craft pins.
STEP 3:
Cut a piece of black cardstock to create top of hat. Wrap into a cone shape and adhere meeting edges together with permanent adhesive. Attach to top of zig-zag circle using glue dots.
STEP 4:
Apply pom-poms to base of hat to hide seam.
STEP 5:
Paint white eyes on front of pumpkin. Add black circles as shown. Once dry, adhere wiggly eyes with craft glue.
STEP 6:
Cut two pieces of black foam for ears. Adhere to cat head as shown.
STEP 7:
Adhere black pom-pom for nose and glue pink pom-pom in the center. Add black pipe cleaners for whiskers by gluing them behind black pom-pom.
