A Spotted Canary Project by danadecarlo

24 March 2009

Have a blast creating these fun and educational flash cards, then enjoy hours of educational fun with your pre-schooler!  Swap out the colors for a boy, and allow your child to help choose his or her favorite Disney stickers!

Instructions

STEP 1:

Cut 26 3 x 4 inch pieces of white cardstock and round corners of all cards.

STEP 2:

Cut 26 1/2 x 3 inch strips of paper. Punch 26 square scallops from another color.

STEP 3:

Choose several of your favorite Disney characters to use with different letters of the alphabet.

STEP 4:

On each flash card, layer one strip of paper, one square scallop and a chipboard letter.

STEP 5:

Ask child to add a Disney character sticker to correspond with each lettered flash card. Download the Disney ABC List at the right for a list of suggested characters for each letter.

STEP 6:

Once all cards are complete, punch hole in top left corner for metal binder ring. Embellish with ribbon.
